Abstract: In order to acquire the relationship of Chinese jujube cultivars, 30 main Chinese jujube cultivars were analyzed by using AFLP technique and the genetic clustering analysis were also be studied. 9 primer pairs with best repeatability and stability were selected from 64 primer pairs, 399 bands were generated in total, in which 85 bands were mutual and 314 bands were polymorphic; the average percentage of polymorphic band was 78.70%. Then all of the 30 Chinese jujubes could be identified. The UPMGA showed the similarity coefficients were between 0.4654 and 0.8231, and the average similarity coefficient was 0.6223, The 30 cultivars and strains can be divided into 6 groups according to cluster analysis while the similarity was 0.666. These results provided a strong reference on the Chinese jujube cultivar classification and relationship analysis.
