Abstract: Ownership structure research is the core problem in the study of the corporate governance structure. The study selected listed data of manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2010 as the research sample, taking structural features options as explanatory variables to build the company performance indicators through principal component factor analysis, while using the company size and annual as relevant control variables. In the multiple linear regression model created on the basis of currently listed domestic manufacturing companies structure, performance options and other relations, the study conducted a detailed empirical research of empirical results and provided a reference for the shareholding structure on the performance of companies.
