Abstract: Described the construction of campus culture cultivation in the process of agricultural science and technology innovation talents, graduate students, the construction of campus culture of mature of Huazhong Agricultural University for example, concluded the school academic culture as the focus, advocating academic innovation; to mass culture as the foundation, the rich campus culture; the organization culture as the starting point, the delegation science education; to practice culture oriented, the pursuit of innovation, some experience and practice. Summarized and established strengthen the ideological construction, perfect management mechanism, strengthen the education and research, improve the benign interaction of talent cultivation conditions and other specific advice, in order to provide valuable experience and reference of technological innovation talent high levels of agricultural culture, campus culture construction of agricultural and forestry universities in China.
