Abstract: In order to promote the healthy development of Harbin agriculture industry technology innovation alliance (hereinafter referred to as the alliance), based on the existed literature research and expert advice, the author designed the questionnaire which included 23 indicators of the alliance stability influencing factors. Then, the author used the SPSS17.0 statistical software for factor analysis of the collected data, and extracted 4 public factors that influence the stability of the Harbin agriculture industry technology innovation alliance. The results showed that: the strength level, organizational culture, cooperation relations and alliance environmental factors affected the stability of Harbin agriculture industry technology innovation alliance. On this basis, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the stability of the alliance, in order to promote the comprehensive development of the alliance cooperation and promote the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Harbin.
