Abstract: The housing relocation was one of the products of urbanization. The lifestyle and physical environment of residents here had many conflicts compared to the original states, made them uncomfortable, had a great negative impact on the lives and psychology of farmers. This article took Harbin suburban land-lost and cartilage-lost farmers as the research object, through field investigation of Harbin housing relocation, summed up the aesthetic specificity and behavioral activity needs of the farmers and main problems of outdoor space environment, finally proposed strategies about the design of outdoor space to housing relocation of Harbin farmers, which meet the aesthetic demand and behavior needs of Harbin suburban land- lost and cartilage-lost farmers, ensure farmers have certain home feeling and sense of belonging.
