Abstract: In order to solve the problem of grading standards for tara container seedlings, we conducted correlation analysis based on the tara container seedling height, ground diameter, leaf number, root length, shoot fresh weight, underground fresh weight and total plant fresh weight index, and obtained the height and ground diameter as qualitative and quantitative evaluation indexes of tara seedling quality. This was the first time to use plant height, ground diameter standard value of a sum of graphs and SPSS clustering dendrogram for Primary classification of tara seedlings, and to eliminate human error as far as possible, then by modification, to reach the final classification. The different indexes were presented for individual plant seed cultivation for 2 months and 3 months of seedling in Shuangbai County Anlongbao of Yunnan Province.
