Abstract: In order to discuss suitable irrigation quota and percentage of channel and well in cornfield, the experiment was carried out by field to study the effect of different irrigation quota and different percentage of channel and well on the growth of summer maize and soil salinity. The results showed that, channel water irrigation could improve soil secondary salinization, reduce surface soil salinity and be benefit to plant growth. Under the condition of the same percentage of channel and well and different irrigation quota, soil salinity variation was big in seedling stage, jointing stage and booting stage, but it was small in filling stage. Hundredgrain weight of summer maize was the heaviest when the ratio of channel and well water was 0.33 and irrigation quota was 900 m3/hm2. And the growth of summer maize will be suppressed by low irrigation quota.
