Abstract: In order to explore scientific and reasonable artificial supplemental lighting technology under delayed cultivation, the growing development and photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics of 5-year old ‘Kyoho’ grape under delayed cultivation were treated with lighting. The results showed that the lighting treatments improved the extension growth and decreased the inter-node length of grape shoots, meanwhile improved the fruit quality and net photosynthetic significantly. The maximum net photosynthetic rate was in the following order: supplemental lighting Ⅰ>supplemental lighting Ⅲ>supplemental lighting Ⅱ>CK. In the aspect of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the lighting treatments improved Fm, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo, the effects of which were in the same order with Pn. To some extent, supplemental lighting treatments could compensate for the lack of light under the anti-season cultivation. It was a good way to achieve the goal of high yield, high quality and high efficiency under delayed cultivation with supplemental lighting treatments.
