Abstract: To analyze the trend of the inflow population which had agricultural household register and provide reference for management about the inflow population in small and medium-sized northwest cities, immigration will of the flow population with agricultural household register in small and medium-sized cities in the northwest was investigated by using the fixed-point sampling method and non structural interview. The results showed that female, and those who were married, with medium level monthly income, localized flowing, longer dwelling time in cities, and satisfaction of current living conditions, showed strong desire to immigration. We could conclude that individual factors influence the immigration will significantly; economic and social factors restrict the immigration will. So the author put forward suggestions such as strengthening the dynamic monitoring of the flowing population, enhancing the consciousness of the employment training, adapting to the trend of homely immigration and doing a good job in information sharing to provide good service in the immigration of population with agricultural household register.
