Analyses on Personality Traits of Migrant Workers Influence to Returning Hometown Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

Abstract: At present, there is a new round entrepreneurial boom in China, and migrant workers returned entrepreneurship is an important topic for the attention from society. Personality traits of migrant workers have an important influence on returning hometown entrepreneurship. In this paper, the influences of migrant workers personality traits on returning hometown entrepreneurial intention were analyzed by the field survey data of Henan and Guangxi. Results show that in the migrant workers' personality traits, achievement motivation and adventurous spirit have significant positive influence on returning hometown entrepreneurial intention, autonomy and affinity have a certain positive influence on returning hometown entrepreneurial intention, control and intelligence have no significant influence on returning hometown entrepreneurial intention. According to the results, the paper puts forward suggestions like strengthening investigation to migrant workers personality traits and cultivating personality traits of returning migrant workers on successful entrepreneurs, so as to promote migrant workers returning entrepreneurship.
