Abstract: In order to provide theoretical foundation for high-yield cultivation, the effects of foliar spraying uniconazole of different concentrations (15, 30 and 60 mg/L) in seed filling period on sugar accumulation of leaves, root and stem, photosynthetic characteristics and yield were discussed. Field tests were conducted in 2013 and 2014, the effects of uniconazole of different concentrations (water was used as CK) on sugar accumulation and yield of ‘xiaominglv’ were analyzed. The results showed that those three concentrations of uniconazole could improve chlorophyll, soluble sugar and sucrose contents of plant in different degrees after seed filling period. Compared with CK, uniconazole could increase sugar content of mung bean and keep a high sugar content level in the late growth period. Foliar spraying of uniconazole could regulate and control photosynthetic traits of different organs and sugar accumulation of mung bean, which could increase the yield at last.
