Abstract: Ziquejie terrace is a typical southern mountain land ecological system and a nature- artificial complex ecosystem. This paper introduced the systematicness, stability and endangering status of Ziquejie terrace ecosystem and elaborated the agroecological environment problems and the causes. The prevention of alien species invasion, protection of water resource, protection of ecological landscape and inheritance of ecological culture were the key problems. The current situation of ecological protection was summarized, some suggestions were proposed aiming at the Ziquejie agroecological system protection, which could offer reference for the sustainable development of terrace agroecological environment.
