Research Process of Accumulation, Tolerance Mechanism and Cultivation Control Measuresof Heavy Metal Cadmium in Rice Crops

Abstract: In order to further study the mechanism of cadmium accumulation and toxicity in soil and to understand the significance of the cultivation and control measures to the safety of rice production, the transport and accumulation of cadmium in rice crops were summed up, the differences of cadmium accumulation in rice crops and its characteristics were analyzed. In addition, the mechanism of rice crops tolerance to cadmium stress was summarized and analyzed from the aspects of antioxidant system, absorption and transport limitation and chelating effect etc., and the regulation effects of cultivation measures on the uptake and accumulation of cadmium in rice crops were also analyzed from fertilizer, water and other aspects in this article. Some comments and suggestions were put forward, such as enhancing the breeding of pollution prevention varieties and improving cultivation control measures.
