Abstract: [Method][Objective]Basing the ten major domestic energy consumption and social economic statistics data of 2006-2013 years in China"s rural areas, the ecological stress of rural energy carbon emissions in China, By calculating the values of EEF, EFC etal,, and constructing the STIRPAT model and the improved decoupling index method. [Results]The results show that, from 2006 to 2013, (1) the annual consumption of coal, straw and firewood respectively at a rate of 1.58%, 3.16% and 4.26% lower. Electricity, refined oil, liquefied petroleum gas, gas, biogas and solar energy average of 25.99%, 8.53%, 22.78%, 4.02%, 34.85%, 12.82%, 9.11% of the rate of growth. (2) China"s rural energy supply exceeds demand, the consumption of domestic energy consumption has not formed the pressure on rural environment. (3) Energy use efficiency continues to improve, the economic value of the unit land area and carbon emissions to continue to enhance the economic value. (4)Appropriately reducing the size of the population and optimizing the structure of population is the efficient and effective way to build the countryside. (5) Technology is the inhibitory factors of environmental effect, innovation of technology is the important way of rural construction. [Conclusion]There is a huge room for improvement in China"s energy consumption model, also it should further strengthen the government regulation, focus on guiding the residents of green consumption concept, so that China"s rural construction can proceed to sustainable development.
