Abstract: The aim is to lay a foundation for the future research of molecular regulation of Xinjiang wild almond. A full-length cDNA ofCullin1 gene was cloned from the young leaves of Xinjiang wild almond by using Rt-PCR technique and biological sequencing, and named asPetCullin1 . Further analysis with the online software showed thatPetcullin1 gene was 2677 bp in full-length and its open reading frame was 2217 bp. The amino acid of the gene was predicted to be 738, and the molecular formula of the Petcullin1 protein was predicted to be C3887H6064N1028O1133S34, the total number of atoms was 12096, the relative molecular mass was 85814.61, the theoretical half-time was 30 h. The total number of residues with positive and negative charge was 108 and 113, respectively. The instability index and average hydrophobic index was 40.19 and -0.452 respectively, and the protein belonged to water-soluble labile protein.
