Abstract: In order to solve the problem that forest vegetables resources lack comprehensive and systematic quantitative evaluation to support species selection for exploitation, Analytic Hierarchy Process was adopted to construct evaluation model for exploitation value of forest vegetables resources, and 40 species of common forest vegetables in Dapanshan Reserve, Zhejiang were appraised and ranked. [Result]The results showed: exploitation value of forest vegetables resources was successively affected by taste flavor (0.184), domestication technology (0.148), nutrient composition (0.104) and picking period (0.104), adaptation ability (0.088), utilization situation (0.074) and resource gross (0.074), health value (0.057) and poisoning risk (0.057), propagation characteristics (0.049), edible part (0.033), life form (0.027). 7 forest vegetables species including Capsella bursa-pastoris, Aster indicus, Vicia kulingiana, Aralia echinocaulis were assessed as Grade I which should be the prior species to exploit. 8 forest vegetables species including Zanthoxylum myriacanthum, Sabia japonica, Cuscuta japonica, Rosa multiflora were assessed as Grade IV which were not suitable for exploitation at the present. [Conclusion]However, the research provided scientific and effective guidance for forest vegetables resources exploitation.
