Test System of Non-weighing Lysimeter for Desert Plants in Minqin: Development and Application

Abstract:

Based on the development process of the test system of non-weighing lysimeter for desert plants in Minqin, the structural design, test monitoring and resulting application of non-weighing lysimeter at different monitoring stages were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the experimental research of non-weighing lysimeter in Minqin started earlier, and had experienced the research and development for five generations. The building of the first, second and third generation of the test system of non-weighing lysimeter gradually developed and improved the evapotranspiration test of desert plants in Minqin. The 4th generation test system of non-weighing lysimeter was designed with constant water level compensation lysimeter and leakage lysimeter by adding leakage monitoring and simulating the real hydrating state for desert plants in the test area, realizing the synchronous monitoring of tests of groundwater remediation and surface irrigation. The 5th generation test system of non-weighing lysimeter realized the desert plant evapotranspiration test synchronous monitoring for unity and population scales with expansion and transformation for lysimeter structure, and achieved automatic management of evapotranspiration monitoring based on the electronic sensing technology management, which guaranteed the study of the scale level desert plant transpiration water consumption and the network resource sharing of monitoring.
