Abstract:

With the development of animal husbandry, the pregnancy problem of female animals has become more and more prominent. It is worth noting that in the clinical practice of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, insufficient formation of blood vessels in the uterus of animals during pregnancy could increase the difficulty in embryo implantation, miscarriage and fetal development. In recent years, there have been many studies on the role and mechanism of tumor angiogenesis in clinics and laboratories. Since there is a similarity between the growth mechanism of tumor blood vessels and the growth mechanism of blood vessels in the uterus, based on the relevant research of tumor angiogenesis, we studied the role of angiogenesis and the mechanism of angiogenesis. The research could lay a foundation for further exploring the mechanism of estradiol on the formation of endometrial blood vessels in ruminants.

Key words: angiogenesis, estradiol, vascular endothelial growth factor, uterine blood vessels
