Abstract:

To solve the soil hardening in crop seeding process, effectively extend crop sowing time, shorten the emergence time, improve emergence rate and achieve reasonable population construction, through formulating technical scheme, ‘the loosen-rake device based on soil hardening in crop sowing process’ was developed, which was composed of connecting components, regulating components and rake components. The device was used in combination with the existing ‘rotary tillage, fertilization, sowing and compacting unity machine’ during sowing period in more rainfall years. The rake teeth had the same depth into the soil and met the requirements of agronomic technology, which could effectively solve the soil hardening in sowing process and improve emergence rate. The device had the characteristics of simple structure, simple installation and easy operation. The research can further improve the performance and function of ‘rotary tillage, fertilization, sowing and compacting unity machine’, and provide technical support for seeding, seedling protection and reasonable population construction.
