Abstract: Since Yangling is the national unique demonstration zone for agricultural high-tech industries in China, solving issue of peasants income increasing in Yangling city will set a good example of rural economy development and peasants income increasing for rural areas in Shaanxi Province as well as in the Northwest. According to the analysis of current situation, imparting factors and advantages of peasants income in Yangling city, ways and suggestions of accelerating peasants income is raised.
