Abstract: This paper analyzes the positive function of agricultural university in science & fechnology innovation and the achievements transformation， and proposes some measures to promote the achieuements transformation， such as fostering original falents， risihg to the challenge of WTO， developing agricultural inclustries，colleges and academies，and hasfening the process of industrialization，etc.
