Abstract: The article studies Potato Virus-free seedling multiplication technology,We studied the breaking away Virus position and the method of inducing stem tip producing growing thick tooth ,and we have used simplified medium and low expensive culture vessel .these method are high effect low-expensive rapid way, they will are used in mass production of Virus-free seeds.
