Bioassay of SfaMNPV-D Clone Against Plutella xylostella

Abstract: An infectivity test of Syngapha falcifera multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus D-clone(SfaMNPV-D clone) against Plutella xylostella was carried out in our laboratory. By bioassay on second and third instar P. xylostella , the LC50 of SfaMNPV-D clone was determined as 2.01×105and 2.82×107 PIBs/ml respectively.
