Abstract: The project of quality rice extension of agricultural integrated development in Guangdong province, was carried out at 50 towns in 30 counties or cities in the northern, northmid, southmiddle, southwest rice production regions in Guangdong province by rice research institute, Guangdong academy agricultural sciences from 2001 to 2003. The combine measures, as setup rice introduction proving ground, establish demonstration plot in different region base on the region division, organize correlative personnel view and emulate in order to eradiate and enlarge the extension area, collocate the conveyance techniques of high yielding cultivation, organize training of application technique in different levels, found the breeding and selection bases, strengthen the service system of rice industrialization, sign up science extension contract, perfect the direction system of science extension and the extension net were taken and the significantly effects which the total rice yields increased by 1.35 billion kilogram and the production values increased by 1.7 billion Yuan were obtained. It’s the innovation of the agricultural science and technology achievement transformation patterns that the agricultural sciences research departments organize and carry out the projects provided by the government to transform and extend the agricultural science and technology achievements.
