Study on Technology of Extracting Heme from Cattle Blood

Abstract: Three methods of extracting heme from cattle blood were compared in this study, these methods were extracting with sodium acetate, tannic acid and distalltion. The result was shown that extracting with tannic acid was better than the others. Then single fa
