Abstract: In order to take advantage of genetic resources of near the Brassical L. is taken bird rape breed reform, We explored compatibility of distant hybridization of Brassica napus L.and Eruca sativa Mill.Brassica napus L. as their female parents.Eruca sativa Mill.as their male parent which taken manual intergeneric crosses.The results of distant hybridization showed that compatibilities were related to the parents and the compatibilities is low. The Compatibility of Distant Hybridization of the different breed of Brassica napus L.and the different breed of Eruca sativa Mill.is different. Xiangyou 15 and Sanying Eruca sativa Mill.,s compatibility is the highest, that is 0.036.J-2 and Dongjiao Eruca sativa Mill.,scompatibility is the lowest,that is 0.014.
