Deficiencies existing in flower quarantine in Beijing and the application of supervision measures

Abstract: Administrative measures for flower quarantine were drawn up based on the quarantine control works in recent years starting with promotions & trainings, quarantine practice & administration and surveillance & control of plant pests. Results showed that both the inspection rate and surveillance rate increased dramatically, and the invasive risk of plant pests was reduced.
