Abstract: The effects of soil power application on the growth，yield and quality of greenhouse squash were studied. The results showed that the treatments could enhance disease resistance，yield and quality of squash were improved，chemical and physical characters and available nutrition were also modulated. Comparing with CK, 27.49% more height，29.55% more vigor of root，27.77% more leave areas，33.51% more yield，21.4% more Vc，24.91% more Ca content were obtained. Comprehensively considering the effects on the growth and development of squash of different treatments，the level on 50kg/666.7m2 of soil power behaved best.
