Abstract: In the course of application of the third good variety update-project of summer-millet in hebei province, we explored a series of new-type popularize system of agricultural technique through combination of the plot-out theory of ecological region, the variety growth rule, culture technique, study of new popularize mode and breeding technique of good variety and made a good effect. The project has been awarded the third digree prize for its contribution to sciences and technology progress。The technique system includes five aspects. One, according to ecological condition, project region was plot into several ecological region. Two, the technique main-body, popularized variety et al, was selected. There, characters and growth rule of all popularized varieties in all kind of ecological region were studied. Four, a series of culture techniques of different varieties in all region were studied. Five, feasible new popularize mode of agricultural technique was explored. The technique system is introduced in detail in order to provide reference for the work of popularize.
