Effects Analysis of Plant Hormone on Tissue Culture of The Flower of Watch Leaf- Philodenbron scandens

Abstract: The effects of BA, NAA (two kinds of plant hormone) and the integrative effect of BA and NAA on Philodenbron erubescens tissue culture were studied. The results show that BA and NAA affect the propagation coefficient greatly. The appropriate concentrations are 1.0mg/L and 0.1mg/L respectively, and the suitable concentration of BA to induce Philodenbron erubescens root is 0.1~1.0.mg/L.
