Abstract: Effect of cultured fusarium oxysporum’s filtrate on germinating of cucumber seeds was test. The results showed that the weight of the radicle of the cucumber seeds that were dealed with fusarium oxysporum’s filtrate from the tomato (179, F-F.1.5-031017, tomato, Fuzhou Fuqing) was the lightest, which was 85 mg every 10 seeds. And that from the cucumber (120, F-H.6.5-030318-J4, cucumber, Zhangzhou Zhaoan). The effect of cultured fusarium oxysporum’s filtrate on germinating of cucumber seeds was divided into three kinds. One of them including melon (128, F-T.1.7-030514-03, melon, Fuzhou Yongtai), tomato (179, F-F.1.5-031017, tomato, Fuzhou Fuqing) and Bandou (107, F-B.1.1-030221, Fuzhou Jianxin). The second including watermelon (134, F-X.1.7-030320-03, watermelon, Fuzhou Yongtai) and melon (144, F-T2.1.1-030616-01,Fuzhou Yixu). The other was the cucumber (120, F-H.6.5-030318-J4, cucumber, Zhangzhou Zhaoan).
