Abstract: 10 flue-cured tobacco germplasm resources with good comprehensive characters has been screen out from 167 germplasm resources in the field test in 2002, and with ulterior motives research in the next year. The result shown that there are 5, 3 and 2 germplasm resources resistance or medium resistance to 3, 2, and 1 kinds of the primary diseases such as TMV, blank shank, and tobacco root knot nematode separately. And also screen out 4 and 4 germplasm resources with low nicotine below 1% and 1% to 2% separately. There are 4 germplasm resources bud 6 to 8 days earlier than K326, and 3 germplasm resources bud 5 to 12 days later than K326 to be identified. H80A432、Islangold and Panyuanhuang were be screen out which have good economic character, leaf face quality and immanency quality. Those germplasm resources will be recommend to breeding workers to be use.
