Effects of Different Root Stocks on Disease Resistance and Main Economic Characters in Watermelon

Abstract: 7 root stocks were selected to graft with local main watermelon variety Zaojia84-24. The main characters for grafting compatibility, resistance to Fusarium oxysporum, yield and quality were checked and analyzed. The results indicated that synthetic character of the grafting seedling with Japan Qiangshi calabash as root stock was the best.
