In order to offer the theoretical direction for introducing variety of silage maize and high yield and high quality, the article summarizes the relationship of cultivation technology with the yield and quality of silage maize. Especially the relationship of plant density, fertility levels and harvest dates with the yield and quality of silage maize, studies have shown: (1) Plant density among 70 000~120 000 / hm2, (2) Rowing applies 150~300kg / hm2 nitrogen fertilizer, applies 30 000~75 000kg/ hm2 organic fertilizer; (3) Harvest in dough stage between the dry matter is 30%%40%, can obtain the higher yield and quality. Analyses practice problem that exist and expect silage maize scientific research and prospect that production utilize.
