Abstract: The paper applies theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis.Current status of employment technical training for peasant was investigated and studied. It has analyzed the current situation of ineffecty of employment training content,way and expense. The education level of peasant is low, the training task of the government isn’t good, the organization of peasant isn’t perfect,and it can not be satisfied with many training demand of peasant.The paper proposed some countermeasures to solve the question of employment technical training forpeasant,such as establishment multiplication fund investment mechanism and attention training content and way effectiveness. The paper aims to solve the effective way of the training of peasant in china.
