Abstract: Abstract: ‘Fengdan’embryos were used as initial esxplants, the effect of the following factors on induction callus and differentiation adventitious buds:basal medium,plant hormone and stacked volume time were studied .Results indicated that the optimal time for embryos germination was 40d; the optimal medium for embryos induction callus was ＭＳ+Ca2++2 mg•L-1 2,4-D+30ｇ•L-1sucrose,the induction frequency was 85%;The optimal medum for differentiation adventitious buds was MS+ Ca2++1.0 mg•L-16-BA+0.5 mg•L-12,4-D+20ｇ•L-1.sucrose.Shoots with 1.5cm high were transferred to rooting medium and rooting frequency reached 80%.
