Abstract: The thesis studied limited factor of extension and application to Intelligent Decision System for corn production management. The aim of this research is to determine the main factors affecting farmers’ adoption behavior of “Intelligent decision System” based on the data from the Nongan country and Yushu city in Jilin Province. In order to analysis the main limit factors of extension for this Intelligent Decision System, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were adopted. The main factors which affect farmers’ adoption of the technology were determined by Logit Model.
