Abstract: The development goals and design principles of Wenzhou City land management information system were applied in this paper. The management information system modules, database development and the sub-function modules of overall Wenzhou City land were designed by WebGIS technical methodology. This system was developed by Mapx and MapInfo. After built this system, the integration of land data management had completed. This system included data editing, inquiring, automatically generating statistical analysis and data out. These results can provide some conveniences, scientific and effective methods for land managers to make decision.
