Abstract: In this paper， the use of gray related theory， analysis the relationship between rural finance and the rural economy of Hebei Province. And through the establishment of a gray model， this paper analysis of rural financial development factors on the impact of rural economic development level. The structure of rural finance development is the largest factors to the rural economic. This study has a positive role in guiding to set up rural economic development of rural financial support system in Hebei Province.
