Abstract:
This article reviewed the current situation of heavy metal pollution and cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) contamination in rice in China, analyzed the origin of heavy metal of arable land, and the characteristics of response, absorption and distribution of rice to the heavy metal of Cd and Pb. Bases on this analysis, and matches the application and development of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) in China, the key points for controlling rice Cd and Pb contamination were put forward from the selection and maintenance of rice planting area, cultivation techniques and management, rice storage, transportation and processing, etc. Wish to offer a reference for rice GAP development in China.
