Abstract:
In order to obtain appropriate sample preparations of phytopathogenic bacteria for atomic force microscopy（AFM）, adsorption of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci on mica，silicon，glass and silylated glass was observed systematically. The results demonstrated that the G－ bacteria could be immobilized very well on silylated glass.
