Abstract:

Organization and management plays an important role on promoting the development of ecological agriculture. On the basis of making the definition of organization and management of ecological agriculture, expounding its main function, the paper introduces the organization and management practice in different development stages of ecological agriculture and discusses the main experience and problem in the course of organization and management and finally put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the organization and management of ecological agriculture.
