Abstract:

Coffee，tea and cocoa called the world's three major beverages. On the annual consumption is concerned, it is more than twice as large as cocoa, three times larger than tea. In recent years, in government funding, Indian coffee industry has developed rapidly, so far Indian’s coffee production has ranked second and accounting for 25% in Asia. This paper analyzed the distribution of India's coffee growing areas, export and domestic consumption. In the recent years, the Indian Government has taken various measures aim to improve the coffee yield and quality and to sell more India coffee in the global market.
