Abstract: With the project of soil testing and fertilizer recommendations from Ministry of Agriculture, the counties obtained mass data through the sampling tests and field experiments. The fertilizing decision system at county level is the urgent need for them to make full use of these data and guide local agricultural production. This paper described the development of the Decision-making System for soil testing and fertilizer recommendations at County Level in Anhui, including the design principles, development flow, database and model base establishment, and the process to achieve functions, and its application.
