Abstract: Under Fusarium oxysporum(Scl11.)f.sp.cucumerinum owen stress, the rhizosphere microorganism population fluctuation for cucumber was analyzed at diferent living stages of plants, soil texture and solar greenhouse soil continuous cropping in Super Corporation. With the year increased and the soil sandy increased, the glasshouse cucumber’s wilt disease increased. While the number of fungi appeared an liner increase, the number of bacteria, actinomyce as well as total micmflora showed a trend with a saddle—shaped curve. Fusarium oxysporum were mainly physiology groups. Namely, and it was higher in loam soil than those in sandy soil. The quantity of rhizosphere fungi and actinomyces increased markably at flowering phase and fruiting period. Respectively, however, a sharp dicrease happened at flowering phase for rhizosphere bacterium quantity.
