Primary Study on the Inhibition Effect of Acetone Extracts from Rhus typhina Leaves

Abstract:

Using method of growth rate, biological activity of acetone extracts from Rhus typhina were assayed . Results showed that growth of plant pathogen of Fusarium oxysporum， Fusarium moniliforme， Stemphylium bortyosum were significantly inhibited by acetone extracts from Rhus typhina, this inhibition strengthened with the concentration increasing (0.1g/mL,0.2g/mL,0.3g/mL) and weakened along with the time.
