Abstract:

Morphological indexes and physiological indexes of seedling with stresses of different concentration of Cu or Pb were studied and nether epidermis of seedling leaves was observed with sacning electron microscope（SEM）with the materials of Brassica rapa L。The results showed that with the increasing of concentration of Cu and Pb, the toxic symptom of Brassica rapa L seedling was gradually stronger: the fresh weight, and the chlorophyⅡ content of Brassica rapa L cabbage show downward trend; and the antioxidative enzyme activities such as catalase, peroxidase were significant stimulated by Cu and Pb; meanwhile, sacning electron microscope observation indicated that Pb aslo imposed injury action on ultrastruction of leaf cells.
