Abstract:

The strategic location of the development of Tianjin’s agriculture is to develop a modern coastal urban agriculture and achieve agricultural modernization ahead of other parts of China. The development of the coastal city of Tianjin-based modern agriculture, modern agriculture to build urban-type industrial structure, system, optimize the urban-type soft environment for the development of modern agriculture, strengthen the agricultural system innovations, building institutional safeguards system to enhance quality and safety of agricultural products, strengthen food safety supervision, to ensure that food security, strengthen the agricultural ecological environment, enhance education and training farmers to improve their quality.
