Abstract:

In the history of mankind the development is from a low-level stage to a high-level stage. The material enjoyment is no longer the only pursuit for people.The people began to pursue the spiritual realm. But in the current process of land expropriation, the compensation for land-lost peasants is also limited to the material level. And it didn’t make the corresponding measures for farmers on the psychological and emotional damage. This is not consistent with the trend of social development, and it is far behind the needs of the community as a whole.This paper briefly analyzes the connotation of emotional factors and the current situation of land expropriation compensation.In this paper,there is a deep analysis on the lack of emotional compensation in compensation for the land-lost peasants.And this paper puts forward the importance and the necessity of emotional compensation to the land-lost peasants.There will be a great possibility and a feasibility of emotional compensation in land expropriation compensation later.
