Abstract:Chicken feces are regarded as a high quality organic fertilizer because of containing much nutrition. With the development of farming, the pollution that is caused by chicken feces is becoming more and more serious. According to treatments with different temperatures、times、quantities of inoculation、content of water and in the situation of slack and vibration, the optimum conditions of four kinds of bacterium were studied. The main results were as follows:the biodegrading frequencies of C.test、Pktac- A8、C.test+Pa、C.test+Pb were increasing with the temperature from 4℃ to 30℃. Frequency of C.test+Pa was the highest among four kinds of bacterium. 15d and 5ml were the optimum quality of inoculation.was the optimum time to get the best degradation result. Moreover, the experiment proved that the 66.7% content of water in chicken feces was the optimum teatment humidity.
